In 2019 the Lib Dems took control of Chelmsford City Council and have worked to make Chelmsford greener, fairer and more connected. We also won our first seat on Maldon District Council. In May 2023 we build on that, winning more seats in Chelmsford and Maldon. Our sights are now set on making Marie Goldman the first Liberal Democrat MP for Chelmsford and then building on our successes in the Essex County Council elections in 2025. Money raised from fundraising like this draw will help those objectives. The Liberal Democrats rely on small donations from individuals like you. We’ve never had the big business or trade union cash the other parties can count on, especially at a local level. Thank you for your support.
